How do I Exchange or Return?

  1. Put the invoice together with the items to be exchanged / returned in a single package.

  2. Deliver your package to PTT Cargo or SÜRAT ​​Cargo with our code.

  3. Our contracted code for PTT Kargo: 702730878, SÜRAT ​​Cargo: 1024540899

  4. Please let us know the tracking code given to you by the cargo company from the whatsapp support line at +90 553 574 90 80.

  5. After we receive your package, we will call you and contact you for exchange / return.

Exchange / Return Conditions:

The product you will exchange / return must be undamaged, unused and not damaged as a result of usage error.

If the products reach us in a used, worn, or washed condition, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no change or refund will be made.

You need to exchange / return the product / products you want to change / return with complete invoice.

*For the cosmetics category, the exchange / return of disposable products and products that deteriorate rapidly or are likely to expire are not accepted.

For orders made by debit / credit card, the refund will be made to the card you made the payment. For cash on delivery orders, you must submit your 26-digit IBAN number starting with TR and the name and surname of the IBAN holder in the return request form.
